Urology Specialists of the Carolinas offers in house diagnostic services to make sure our patients get the care they need. We make it convenient for the patient, and results are quickly returned so treatment can begin as soon as possible. In-Office Diagnostic Services Include:

• PSA blood test
• Urinalysis
• Urinary cytology
• CT scanning
• Ultrasound - kidney, bladder, prostate, scrotal
• Cystoscopy (with and without bladder biopsy)
• Transrectal ultrasound and prostate biopsy
• Urodynamic studies
• Cystoscopy with ureteral stent removal
• Prostate biopsy
• Vasectomy (including no-scalpel vasectomy)
• Excision of lesions (penis, scrotum)
• Dilation of urethral stricture
